Paper
We tested various types of paper and concluded:
• 25–40 sheets — 200+ g/m², offset;
• 40–80 sheets — 160 g/m², offset;
• 80–140 sheets — 160 g/m², coated.
Offset paper holds its shape better, is more porous, and easier to flip through, but prints are less vivid. Coated paper works best for larger flipbooks, as it keeps them thinner and enhances print brightness.
Perfect Binding
Our flipbooks are professionally bound using perfect binding for durability, a high-quality feel, and better aesthetics than staples or screws.
Spine Thickness
To calculate: number of sheets × paper thickness coefficient (e.g., 50 sheets of 160 g/m² offset paper ≈ 7 mm spine).
Cover Size Calculation
Cover width = (block width × 2) + spine thickness (e.g., a 100 × 50 mm flipbook → 211 mm cover width with a 7 mm spine).
